  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time at our sole discretion.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and shipment details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Customers can use the tracking information to monitor the status of their shipment.

6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment, the package may be returned to us.
