Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories.
  • Not show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.
  • Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry.
  • Engraved products.
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale promotions.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • The refund amount will be credited within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges, gift wrapping fees, and other service charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and your order details. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are dispatched for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Our team will provide return instructions.
  3. Securely pack the product and ship it to the address provided by our support team.
